Set back from the quiet village road, Rosehill House welcomes you with a sweeping gravel driveway providing ample parking for multiple cars. The striking red front door and traditional flint-knapped facade offer a timeless coastal greeting, while the sandstone path leads you toward your private retreat.
The sitting room is a light-filled masterpiece of character. Original exposed timber beams and wide-plank floors anchor the space, while large bifold doors offer a seamless transition to the flagstone patio. Whether hunker down by the wood-burning stove or enjoying a breezy afternoon with the doors wide open, it is the home’s ultimate social sanctuary.
Away from the prepare-zone, our separate dining room is an elegant social hub. Featuring an industrial spider-chandelier, a heavy solid wood table, and a mix of tan leather chairs and a rustic bench, it is designed for the ceremony of the feast. It's the perfect setting for long Sunday roasts and coastal celebrations.
Our rear-facing kitchen is a masterclass in coastal utility. Featuring a professional stainless steel range cooker, bespoke Shaker cabinetry, and solid oak worktops, it is perfectly equipped for preparing the day's local haul.
